Voice Talent Available!
Gery Deer is a long-time voice artist (professional member of World-Voices Organization, Inc.) and stage performer and does a good bit of the voice work for most of our clients, but he is available for outside professional voicework as well. “My first voiceover work was around 1987 when I was tasked to record the messages to go out from my college newspaper over the broadcast PA announcements,” he explains. “I sat down every week and recorded the messages, which I also had to write, with a simple Radio Shack cassette tape recorder (for you youngsters out there who might not know what that is, you’ll find one of those in the Smithsonian, next to the caveman’s stone tool exhibits).
Gery has voiced countless commercials, videos, podcasts, hold messaging, and public address announcements. Plus, Gery has his own producer, Julie Barth, and professional recording space to give your project the most professional sound and minimize editing and post-production costs.

If you are interested in creative work such as a podcast, video production, or other media, but want to do the work yourself, our experts can guide you as Freelance Creative Directors. The typical role of a Creative Director within an agency is one of a senior creative and project manager. We act as your internal creative or art director, managing the project from concept to implementation, in as little or as much of a role as is required. We can help with everything from ideation and development to choosing equipment and act as an on-site creative media consultant.
“A creative consultant provides you with a level of expertise that most companies can’t afford to have around on a full-time basis,” says GLD Enterprises Communications, Ltd. CEO and lead creative, Gery L. Deer. “My job is to help develop the project and see it through to the end goal.”
Our Creative and Media Directors will help to define the scope of a project, create a plan or review a proposal, select key service providers and then manage the project, directing the art and other elements of the production, including audio/visual, talent, and so on, to the full completion and implementation of the material.
As contract creative and managing director, Gery Deer has led the team at DMS ink’s creative subsidiary, The Bricks Agency, since 2015. Under his direction, the agency has added services like web development, public relations, and marketing communications, and help earn them three American Advertising Federation “Hermes” Bronze Advertising Awards.
Freelance, Contracted Creative Direction services are ideal for Print Companies, Marketing Departments, Advertising and Media Content Companies, and small businesses looking for an affordable creative services provider. If you need assistance with a one-time or ongoing Marketing Communications project such as an advertising promotion, direct mail campaign, video, or other creative services, contact us for a free consultation – 937-902-4857, email@example.com
