What makes us different?
Buy only what you need. We don’t require forced, managed services contracts. Most small offices cannot afford, nor do they have use for, expensive service companies. Most of these companies are more interested in the upsell to new systems, whether you need them or not.
We focus on small offices and remote workers. Small offices and remote workers have different needs than large companies. Most have no server and operate with a host of cloud services and no centralized IT support options. That’s where we come in.
Limited Service Area. Many companies overcharge and over-book themselves, often billing you from the time they leave their office. Not us. We have a one-hour minimum, starting at under $100, and we come to you. We serve most of the Dayton, Miami Valley, Ohio region.
Apple or Windows Service. We work easily within both environments of Apple and Windows OS and hardware.
We don’t sell anything! You are paying for our expertise and time – not a commission or upsell to buy something extra. We don’t sell anything, not hardware or software. If you need something, we advise you on what to buy for your needs, then help you secure the best price from public suppliers – we get nothing from the sale. So, when we suggest you need to buy something, you can trust the reasons – because you need it!
